I have included ingredients in the starter kit that I think you will find most useful when making your products. It is a great starting point to make the recipes in the book, whilst you decide which recipes work best for you!

Notes on measurements and ingredients:

The carrier oils in the book are interchangeable so whilst you are experimenting feel free to substitute the ingredients with oils that you like and have available.

I have created each recipe in the book to make 100g, whilst you are experimenting you may want to halve these measurements until you find the recipes that you love and want to use again and again. This is also useful if you are making gifts to share.
