Environmentally Friendly Packaging
You will receive your order either in reused, recyclable or biodegradable packaging.
If we ever need to use a mailbag it’s normally a recycled paper mailbag.
At The Natural Living Shop we consider reused packaging to be more eco-friendly as it doesn’t use any new resources, other than some extra recycled paper tape.
(Reused packaging is subject to availability – due to how much packaging we have left to reuse)
Returns
We can offer a refund or exchange an item returned within 14 days of delivery. You must email us within 7 days of receiving the goods to qualify for a refund. Unless an item is faulty the cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging then we can issue a full refund. If an item is returned used or damaged we will return the item without a refund or exchange. Please email us at hello@thenaturallivingshop.co.uk if you would like to return an item.
For hygiene reasons we unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following products:
- Toothbrushes
- Deodorant
- Toothpaste
When posting an item back to us please obtain a certificate of postage. We can not refund or exchange items that fail to reach us.
To return your product, please post your product to: The Natural Living Shop, Cedar Farm, Back Lane, Mawdesley, L40 3SY UK.
If you are returning goods over £30, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.
What if your order doesn't arrive when you expect?
Although we make every effort to despatch your item as soon as practically possible, (subject to product availability and any delays caused by peak or holiday periods), we ask that you allow up to 7 calendar posting days for delivery. If your order has not arrived please contact us as soon as possible so we can locate it.

We usually obtain proof of posting with all orders from Royal Mail. If your order has been lost in the post or delayed, we will deal with the claim on your behalf, and will issue a refund or replacement. Royal Mail will contact you in writing and ask for confirmation that the package has not been received or has been delayed. Please provide this information to Royal Mail as soon as possible to avoid any delays with the claim.
